IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:

If you are arriving or departing from the Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport, which is located in Ballina, not Byron Bay, you must have BNK (Ballina Airport) as your pick-up/drop off location.
If you put Byron Bay as your pick-up/drop off location, you will not be met at the airport and taken to or from our Ballina yard to collect your booked car.
It will be your responsibility and at your own expense to get to and from the Byron Bay yard at 268 Ewringdale Rd, Byron Bay to collect and drop off the vehicle.
If an error is made during the booking process, we need to be notified by replying to your Confirmation email immediately to change the pick-up and drop off location or the above conditions will apply.
